A wonderful few days
Breakfast on the terrace was nice, the staff were helpful and friendly, we loved the suite and its outdoor space
Not much life around the pool, the hotel could definitely have made more of that

It was clean
We had a problem after asking for adjacent rooms. It was first approved and then denied by management. Management didn’t want to talk to us. Worse customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. Arrogant and utterly dismissive towards the customer. Not even an apology. Not even an attempt to please. We filed a formal complaint (hoja de reclamaciones).

Minor things but irritating, such as; Wi-fi was useless Only one complimentary bottle of water in 4 days No coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Excellent place for relaxing.
Excellent breakfast, very close to nice beaches and the port of Javea. Still, very quiet and surrounded by trees. Loved it. The arroceria was delicious too.
